Using Lazy Bite
Lazy Bite is a marketplace that lets you pre-order food from partner restaurants and choose a preparation window. We are not the restaurant and do not cook the food.
Orders and ready times
A ready time is a commitment by the restaurant based on its published capacity. Slot availability is confirmed at payment. If a slot fills before payment completes, no charge is made and you can pick another time.
Payments
Orders are paid online in advance. Prices, taxes, discounts and fees shown in the app are re-verified by our servers before the payment is captured; the server value is authoritative.
Collection and late arrival
Show your QR pass, PIN or order number to collect. Each restaurant publishes a late policy that applies if you arrive after your ready time; it is shown before you pay.
Cancellations and refunds
- Full refund if the restaurant rejects or cancels your order.
- Full refund if the food was not ready within the restaurant’s stated window and you did not collect it.
- Cancellations after preparation has started may not be refundable.
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Restaurant partners
Partners agree to honour published ready times and capacity, keep menus and prices accurate, and follow food safety law. Commission and settlement terms are set out in the partner agreement.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent orders, scraping, or attempts to bypass capacity limits or payment verification.
