What we collect, why we collect it and what we never store.

What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number.
- Order data: restaurants, items, ready times, order status and payment status.
- Location you choose or allow, used only to rank nearby restaurants.
- Device and usage data such as pages viewed and features used.
What we never store
Card numbers and bank credentials never touch our servers — payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not sell personal data.
How we use your data
- To place, schedule and track your orders.
- To let a restaurant prepare and hand over your order.
- To process payments, refunds and settlements.
- To improve recommendations and ready-time accuracy.
Who sees what
A restaurant sees only the information needed to prepare and hand over your order: your first name, order number, items, ready time and order type. Restaurant staff can only see their own restaurant’s orders.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for sessions and local storage for your cart, saved locations and preferences. In this prototype everything is stored locally in your browser and can be cleared from your profile page.
Your rights
You can download your data or delete your account from Profile → Privacy. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved locations and order history.
