Open your order and tap “Running late”. You can add 10 or 20 minutes and the restaurant is notified instantly. Every restaurant publishes its own late policy before you pay.
Yes. Choose Dine-In at checkout and the kitchen times your food for your arrival, so it reaches the table minutes after you sit down.
Show the QR pass in the app, or give the 4-digit pickup PIN or your order number at the counter.
You pay online when you place the order. Payments are processed by Razorpay and verified on our servers before the restaurant sees the order.
Slot capacity is checked again when you pay. If the slot filled, we show you the next available times and nothing is charged until a slot is confirmed.
